Dr. Tepper is a board certified toxicologist with more than 30 years of experience designing, implementing and reporting pharmacology and toxicology studies for biopharmaceutical companies such as Genentech and Bayer Biotechnology. He has also consulted for several government agencies, academic institutions and contract research organizations (CRO). As a cofounder of Aerovance Inc., Dr. Tepper has had direct experience with obtaining funding, Board presentations, managing timelines, budgets and personnel.
